1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kh77 ("kh77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kh77 website located at kh77.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 4.4 Prohibited Transactions. You may not use the kh77 Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. kh77 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where this condition is not met.

6.2 You agree to use the kh77 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6.3 kh77 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of technical errors, software malfunctions, or any form of cheating or collusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kh77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. kh77's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to kh77's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

11. Amendments

kh77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
